Because BEST Courses are only open to students of Universities with existing BEST Groups, we need to check this fact when you apply to a BEST Course. We also need to check, whether you can communicate in English or not, as the language of all Courses is English. But don't worry, you do not need Oxford grade language skills ;)

For these reasons, we ask you to drop by and validate your BEST Account (also called "BAS" account) when you plan to apply for a BEST Course. Don't forget about it, or else your application will be dismissed automatically!

When should I validate?

• during application periods until at most (usually) 3 days after the application deadline (for those of you who apply 5 minutes before the deadline ;)
• you can drop by on our Stammtisch informal meetings we conveniently schedule for you during the application period. You can also have a beer with us and get first-hand information about BEST courses!
• you can also drop by during our regular weekly meetings.
• if you can't make it to one of the meetings, please contact us by email via vienna@best.eu.org!
